Hi there! I’m Kelly Jaxxon, a stay-at-home vegan mom from the gorgeous twin islands of Trinidad and Tobago. I have an intense passion for travel, and over the years, I’ve been fortunate enough to explore various parts of the world. One of the challenges I faced during my journeys was maintaining my plant-based lifestyle while traveling. That’s what inspired me to start Mindful Voyages—a space dedicated to helping like-minded travelers explore the world without compromising their health, ethics, or connection to nature.
